About Born 2 Run Pet Care

Based in County Durham, Born 2 Run Pet Care offers a high quality dog walking and pet sitting service in the Barnard Castle and Teesdale areas. Born 2 Run was established in March 2010 by Tamara Wilson, a qualified and experienced veterinary care assistant with an interest in canine behaviour.

Services include dog walking (long term or short term) and cat visits at home whilst the owners are on holiday. Born 2 Run also offers small animal care, puppy care and visits, as well as advice on health care. Tamara is well qualified, having worked for 4 years at the PDSA pet aid hospital in Newcastle Upon Tyne before setting up Born 2 Run.

While employed at PDSA she completed a course to become a veterinary care assistant and then a canine science course, which dealt with canine behaviour. Tamara has many years experience with animals and attended East Durham and Houghall community college in 1999 where she completed a diploma in small animal care. Tamara continues her own personal training diplomas whilst running this successful County Durham pet care service.
